Day to day, we expect our drivers to:
Respond to breakdowns and attend accident scenes
Tow and transport vehicles safely and efficiently
Load and secure vehicles correctly using the right equipment for the job
Provide roadside assistance and on-the-spot recovery
Deliver vehicles to repairers, holding yards, and customer addresses
Liaise with insurers, repairers, and roadside assistance providers
Keep job records and digital updates accurate and current
Represent the business professionally in every customer interaction
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and well presented
Brisbane Towing and Recovery are seeking tow truck drivers who are:
Reliable, punctual, and take ownership of their work
Professional and well presented on job
Genuinely customer-focused and easy to deal with
Safety-conscious in everything they do
Comfortable working independently, without needing constant oversight
Able to keep a level head in a fast-paced environment
Open to flexible hours when the job calls for it
Familiar with Brisbane and the surrounding areas
Experienced in towing, recovery, or transport work
Prior experience in towing or vehicle recovery will always work in your favour. You'll need the appropriate Australian driver's licence for the role. That too with specific vehicle licence requirements depending on position.
